We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

3. What we do not collect
Learned Context does not process, store, or access your work samples or professional content. Your profile and conductor files live on your device and in your AI tool's settings. We have no access to your AI conversations or tool configuration. The calibration process runs entirely on your own system.

5. Who we share data with
We share data with the following service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription management
- Resend: transactional email and newsletter delivery
- PostHog: anonymised product analytics
- Railway: application hosting
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with AI model providers. We only share data with third parties when it is necessary to provide the service or comply with legal requirements.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers (Stripe, PostHog, Railway) may process data outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.
7. Data retention
- Active members: account and billing data is retained for the duration of your membership
- After cancellation: account data deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except financial records retained up to 7 years as required by law
- Newsletter subscribers: email retained until you unsubscribe
- Analytics: anonymised, no personal data retained
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including HTTPS for all connections, encrypted credential storage, and access controls on our infrastructure.
9. Marketing choices
We only send marketing emails where you have given consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting [email protected]. Service emails (billing confirmations, access links, security notices) are not marketing and will be sent regardless of your preferences.

11. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
