Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 March 2026

1. Who we are

Learned Context is operated by Abdul Saka-Abdulrahim, trading as Learned Context, in England and Wales. When we say “we”, “us”, or “Learned Context” in these terms, we mean Abdul Saka-Abdulrahim trading as Learned Context.

2. What this agreement covers

These terms form the agreement between you and Learned Context when you use our service. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

3. What Learned Context provides

Learned Context helps professionals build a structured AI profile. It provides:

  • An inference engine that builds your professional profile from real work samples
  • A conductor that applies your profile to real tasks: meeting synthesis, decision briefs, daily prioritisation, and weekly reviews
  • A portable profile you own as a plain text file, compatible with Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI tools
  • A membership dashboard with file downloads, profile audit, and setup guidance
  • Ongoing updates to all membership files

Claude is the recommended AI environment for the full Learned Context experience. Other AI tools may work through exports or with limited compatibility, but we do not guarantee feature parity across all platforms.

We provide infrastructure, skills, and control-plane services. Your professional context data lives on your device and in your AI tool's settings — we do not store it on our servers.

4. Membership and billing

Membership is billed annually at the price shown at the time of purchase. Your membership renews automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details. They are handled securely by Stripe.

We may change our pricing in the future. If we do, we will give you reasonable notice before your next renewal, and you can cancel if you do not wish to continue at the new price.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Learned Context lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other members' data
  • Interfere with the service's operation or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission
  • Use the service to generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

6. Third-party services

Learned Context uses third-party services including Claude/Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email).

Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or practices of third-party services.

7. Your content and AI outputs

Your content belongs to you. Any professional context, reasoning frameworks, voice samples, or other data you create through Learned Context remains your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-generated outputs (including voice drafts, decision analyses, and module outputs) are tools to assist your professional judgement. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before relying on them. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms the service or other members. Where possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action.

You may cancel your membership at any time. See our Refunds & Cancellation page for details on what happens when you cancel.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Learned Context's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you have a statutory right to bring proceedings in a different court.

If you have questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected].
