Refunds & Cancellation

1. Membership billing

Learned Context offers one paid public offer: Membership, billed annually. Membership renews automatically on the anniversary of your original purchase date. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

To avoid being charged for the next year, cancel before your renewal date.

3. When access ends

After cancellation, you keep access to all membership features until the end of your current billing period. When your membership expires:

  • Hosted delivery and membership-only updates are deactivated
  • Your profile and conductor files on your device remain yours and are unaffected
  • Any exported files or generated kits you have downloaded remain yours

Your profile and conductor files live on your device and in your AI tool's settings. Learned Context never stores your professional context.

4. Refund policy

14-day cooling-off period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase a membership as a consumer in the UK, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase and receive a full refund. If you have actively used the service during this period (for example, by generating a profile, completing the calibration session, or downloading your files), you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided, as permitted by law.

After 14 days

After the 14-day cooling-off period, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for the remainder of your annual membership. You can still cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Demonstrating service quality

If you believe the service has materially failed to deliver as described, contact us with specific examples of how the output quality did not improve after following the setup and activation steps. We will review your case and respond within 5 working days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding digital content and services.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund request” and include your membership email address. We aim to respond within 5 working days and process approved refunds within 14 days.
